The V Hotel is a 5 star premium property, and part of the prestigious Hilton Group. The hotel offers a unique experience to travelers by catering to the lifestyle of the traveler. The Hotel had recently gone through a rebranding and the V Hotel reached out to Nexa to help further their efforts. Nexa was tasked with driving property awareness, increasing website visits and increasing room bookings. Nexa focused efforts on creating packages for the hotel and encouraging staycations. Another challenge was the competition in the hospitality industry and our strategy was to target frequent travelers to increase relevance, promote various stay options and use retargeting campaigns to increase performance. The campaign was a success and we were then tasked with running campaigns for the hotel's outlet spa with the campaign goals being brand awareness and lead generation. Testing different creative options to increase campaign performance. The results were phenomenal: Our ads received over 527,000 clicks and there were 6,800 Booking actions generated.
