Dome International was conceptualised in 1997, and expanded into multiple cities and countries within the region. Specialising in construction and maintenance, renewable energy, and HSE services, NEXA was tasked with bringing the outdated website into the 21st Century.

AMBASSADOR INTERNATIONAL ACADEMY

The Ambassador International Academy approached the NEXA team to tackle their website head on, and craft strategic page layouts. In order to understand the inner workings and values of the institution, NEXA initiated workshops with the faculty, teachers and board members to ensure the website content perfectly represented the institution. 

The NEXA team then went on to produce concepts and designs for the school based on the information gathered through these in-depth workshops. Due to detailed research, the concepts and designs were quickly approved by the institution as the website met the objectives of the internal team while adhering to the values and requirements of the parents and students.

MAPLEWOOD CANADIAN INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL

Maplewood Canadian International School had an idea - to present their school as a vision of a cutting-edge educational institution. A team of dedicated developers and designers came together, brought in by the promise of creating something extraordinary. With laptops and dreams, they converged in a small office, the air thick with the smell of coffee and ambition. Using Hubspot's robust tools, they not only built a website but also breathed life into Maplewood Canadian International School. WARNER BROTHERS HOTEL

The Warner Brothers Hotel in Abu Dhabi is the first of its kind in the Middle East, making it a significant project that garnered attention from the headquarters in America.


The design and approval process was rigorous, with local, regional, and international approval required, even from the head office in the United States. The team followed brand guidelines meticulously, ensuring the correct use of the Warner Brothers identity kit, including the use of the appropriate characters available in the Middle East. 


The attention to detail extended to the theme park, and the team at NEXA built the website on WordPress, handling content creation and on-page SEO. 


Despite the challenges, the team successfully completed the project and delivered a unique and exceptional hotel experience to the region.

BIKE ABU DHABI

Bike Abu Dhabi, an initiative by His Highness, emerged from Abu Dhabi Media office to promote biking tracks and events within Abu Dhabi. We were entrusted with designing and developing their website on Rico with a high focus on security. 


Collaborating closely with the client, we ensured that the website perfectly reflected their vision and needs. With all content and imagery provided by the client, our team worked diligently to create a user-friendly platform.

ABU DHABI FINANCE

Abu Dhabi Finance reached out to NEXA for help with their online engagement and lead generation efforts. The company's primary goal was to improve the UI/UX of their existing website and better their Mortgage application process. In order to put together a solution for the client, NEXA performed an audit on their existing site and researched international mortgage providers to learn what elements and functionality needed to be improved upon to ensure the client stands out in the competitive environment. After researching and reviewing several major global companies. 

NEXA concluded that a complete overhaul of the current application process was required. Through in-depth research and industry understanding, NEXA crafted a new user journey by condensing and re-crafting the application procedure to ensure a quick and seamless process for users. This new and improved user journey was also created to assist internal teams as the new system empowered them to quickly assess the applicant and provide a more efficient process for onboarding a new customer. 

Abu Dhabi Finance reached out to NEXA for improved lead generation and UI/UX, and NEXA not only delivered, the NEXA team exceeded expectations by creating a system that also improved internal business processes.

RT.FX

RT.FX is one of the top global Forex educational platforms, providing their members with the necessary skills in order to beat the markets and begin trading in Foreign Exchange. 

NEXA built the RT Forex website from scratch. The website was complex in its design as it required a lot of YouTube integrations, a variety of payment gateways and different types of member dashboards which meant that the WordPress site needed to be completely customized.

PIZZA EXPRESS

Pizza Express is a longstanding NEXA client. Our work started with the UAE’s Pizza Express website and extended to their website for the Singapore market. We then tracked user journeys on the sites and analysed search engine performance. 

This allowed us to make research-based enhancements, such as ensuring the offers were clearly displayed and orders could be placed with ease. This increased both website ‘stickability’ and orders placed.

HOTBRANDS

Since the original company's beginnings in 1992, Hotbrands International have transformed their core business model from being a single food court restaurant to a multi-brand, multi-national organisation developing through corporate franchised expansion to locations in the Middle East and India, serving over 4 million meals per year. 

NEXA created the custom .NET website along with the creation of the video, which has been used on the website and for other marketing materials.

SHEIKH SAUD BIN SAQR AL QASIMI FOUNDATION

The Sheikh Saud bin Saqr Al Qasimi Foundation for Policy Research was established in 2009 to aid the social, cultural, and economic development of Ras Al Khaimah, a northern Emirate in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and the Al Qasimi Foundation and NEXA have developed a strong relationship over the years. 

The initial engagement between the two was initiated when the Al Qasimi Foundation reached out to NEXA to create a website for the foundation. This site was developed using .NET, however as technology advanced and the foundation’s needs evolved, it became apparent that the site would need a technological overhaul. 

NEXA was tasked to redevelop the website using the HubSpot platform which gave the Al Qasimi Foundation the ability to use a powerful CRM to manage their automation, workflows and sequences. This transformative technology has significantly enhanced the foundation's goals by providing them with valuable insights into their target audience and applicants. 

Through HubSpot's data collection, lead management and departmental alignment capabilities the foundation is now able to streamline all their efforts and drive greater results.

THE SAUDI INSTITUTE OF INTERNAL AUDITORS

The Saudi Institute of Internal Auditors is part of the global internal audit organization and the only official internal audit source in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. As such, IIA-KSA sets the bar for professionalism and knowledge sharing about internal auditing processes. 

NEXA was tasked with creating their brand new website, with a brief that included strict guidelines and requirements regarding the information that needed to be displayed. The website was a custom design built using Umbraco, with various dashboards to suit all members and integrations such as Payfort for online payments, QuickBooks online for invoicing, and Aramex for shipping. All members, board members, the CEO, and the president considered the website a resounding success when it launched. 

It was praised for its design and its technological build, providing much-needed features and functionality that the semi-governmental entity was previously lacking.

PREMIER INN

NEXA has built a long-term client relationship with Premier Inn. 

We created their global website for all Premier Inn Hotels outside of the UK. Six months after the website launch, we monitored and analyzed the user journeys, UX, and drop off points of customers that didn’t complete bookings. 

Based on these findings, we recreated the front-end of the website, increasing both booking conversion and customer retention. We have repeated this process thrice, each with increasingly successful results.

V Hotel

NEXA designed the website for V Hotel which forms part of the Hilton Collection of Hotels. The website design did not follow the traditional design of a hotel website, taking on a cool, chic, and fun look instead. 

NEXA created a site that encapsulated the ethos of the hotel in a digital experience. Guests could initially interact with the website and then continue that journey upon arrival at the hotel. NEXA also created the video content featured on the home page.

CRAYON CONNECT

Crayon Connect is headquartered in Oslo, Norway, with more than 2000 employees in over 50 offices across 35 countries. They operate a global, customer-first, and vendor-agnostic IT consultancy. 

The Crayon Connect website was built to provide customers of Crayon Connect with access to their business collateral, i.e. webinars, e-books, whitepapers, and offers. 

This required a two-fold development, a front-facing website in HubSpot, and a member-only dashboard in WordPress. The members were designated into personas based on their interaction with Crayon Connect.

SME.Insure is an insurance portal designed by SMEs for SMEs. The founding team behind SME.Insure came together to solve a common challenge they all faced when trying to obtain insurance for their businesses. 

They decided that it was time to demystify the process of buying business insurance by making the process more transparent and simple. NEXA created the website as a company profile built in WordPress.

BERKELEY

Berkeley Assets ME required a digital presence for their Middle Eastern entity.

They required a website to showcase their Middle easter presence and to show their developments in the UK.

This was quickly expanded to create microsites and landing pages for each of their developments, create and launch targeted campaigns, from a lead generation basis, with automated nurturing workflows, SEO and performance ads.

NEXA used the HubSpot ecosystem, utilising CMS hub, Marketing Hub and Sales Hub, to quickly develop the online sites, landing pages workflows and sequences that allowed Berkeley Assets to have granular data on prospects.

MS Homes, Dubai's premier high-end real estate brokerage, is dedicated to curating luxury lifestyles. Known for exceptional marketing and selling of design-forward residential properties, MS Homes guides clients through every stage of their real estate journey, offering a diverse portfolio from off-plan sales to luxury rentals.

NEXA developed an initial website focused on showcasing MS Homes' properties and driving user engagement. Post-launch, NEXA utilized analytics, heat mapping, and user recordings to gather insights. Based on this data, NEXA redesigned the website three times, each iteration aimed at optimizing lead generation and user experience.

The collaboration resulted in a highly optimized, user-friendly website that effectively showcased MS Homes' luxury properties. TOSHIBA

Toshiba, a renowned electronics brand, approached NEXA with a specific task: to rebuild the website for their business printers unit within the Middle East. However, this was not the only task on their plate, as Toshiba also wanted the team to take care of their Hubspot activities, Lead generation and SEO.

The main challenge of this project was to follow Toshiba's strict brand guidelines to the tee. The website had to be designed and developed with this in mind, undergoing rounds of testing to ensure that it was up to the mark.

To achieve this, the team at NEXA worked hard to redesign the website with a focus on Toshiba's brand guidelines. The website was built on WordPress, with Hubspot integration for forms, and followed all the guidelines meticulously. 

The website was so successful that other Toshiba units across the world have now decided to copy the design. This is a testament to the team's dedication to their craft and their ability to deliver results that exceed their clients' expectations.

AJMAL PERFUMES

Since its establishment in the 1950s, Ajmal Perfumes has gone on to become a multi-million dollar corporate entity. They called on NEXA to create a corporate and eCommerce website for their customers and potential partners. 

NEXA’s work began with an industry-wide comparative analysis both locally and internationally to ensure the UI/UX recommendations were put forth. We designed a corporate site showcasing the company’s vision, history, products and reach in the market to share with potential partners around the world. 

For the eCommerce site, we implemented a system combining both CRM and ERP and enabled Ajmal Perfumes to provide online shopping to 3 countries in the GCC.

THE MATTRESS STORE

The Mattress Store is the best and first specialty retailer for sleep, seating and massage products in United Arab Emirates with stores across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and Ras Al-Khaimah. 

Not only is the store the sole distributor of La-Z Boy in the UAE, but the store also offers internationally recognized brands such as Englander, Osim, Technogel and Auping. On top of its vast array of premium products, the store also has its own factories for making and distributing mattresses - this speaks of the success and true scope of the client. 

NEXA was proud to have been selected to undertake the website build, social media and SEO/SEM marketing for the prestigious client. The goal was to provide a full digital growth solution by increasing the clients online presence, creating an e-commerce store and providing full tracking of the customer journey.

UZBEKISTAN PAVILION | EXPO 2020

NEXA created a website for the government of Uzbekistan to showcase their participation in the World Expo 2020. The website echoed their pavilion, placing the country at the center of historical discoveries and global developments. 

 

The website was built in WordPress and is multilingual (Russian and Arabic) to best represent and communicate with audiences in the first-ever World Expo taking place in the Middle East.
