Prestige German kitchen producer Nolte Küchen enjoyed a long-standing reputation for quality and design. Though its European image was well secured, the company wanted to anchor its reputation in the Middle East, Africa, and Asia. Meanwhile, visitor traffic in its showrooms was declining—another blow delivered by the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic.

NEXA collaborated with Nolte to develop locally centered web marketing strategy that would be in a position to smash geographical barriers and push the brand straight to possible customers on the internet. This entailed end-to-end web strategy that included website optimization, HubSpot CRM integration, regional social activation, lead generation, and user journeys driven by conversion. Not only did our work safeguard Nolte's market share—but made sales prosper even during times of lockdown.

Create Nolte's Middle East, Africa, and Asian online footprint and create quality leads while making regional partners empower.

Challenges

Low levels of regional awareness within the regions, lower visitations to shops as a result of the pandemic, and a critical need for digital-first models within a very offline business.
We established committed social channels for regional markets, maintained a strong digital content and lead generation strategy, implemented HubSpot CRM, and developed digital assets that were local partner-centric. We also integrated WhatsApp to facilitate smooth sales engagement.

Solution

The campaign resulted in instant brand awareness expansion in the target geographies, which translated into a constant flow of sales-ready leads. With the connectivity of HubSpot and WhatsApp, sales representatives were able to nurture and close deals easily, even with lockdown limits. Hundreds of new kitchens sold over this period proved that with well-planned digital strategy, even in the most unpredictable times, it was possible to still perform better.
