Ignite School, an American curriculum private school in Al Warqa'a 3, Dubai, ventured into a competitive market in 2018. Settled schools competed for space and cultural affinities towards British curricula, and Ignite required a smarter, stronger strategy for student recruitment.
By the end of 2019, the school reached out to NEXA for assistance. They were looking to leverage performance marketing and automation to fuel student acquisition and solve internal problems within their admissions process. Some of these were missing lead tracking, siloed communications between teams, and inefficient manual processes. The challenge was only exacerbated with COVID-19 that took hold, pushing enrolments even harder.
Having a geo-target of decent size and limited budget, NEXA created and implemented an extensive campaign strategy. This consisted of high-intention keyword bids, geo-targeting in the vicinity of location, A/B testing, lead automation nurturing, and tailored messaging so that it would be engaging for parents' issues.
The outcome was a high-return campaign, generating more than 3,500 leads and 242 enrolments within an eight-month cycle. The ultimate return on investment was more than 1,900%, proving the potential of a data-driven localised marketing approach.
