Overview

Bed Quarter, a KSA market leading furniture store, approached NEXA on referral from Nolte, an existing Al Mazro Group brand and long standing customer. Although Bed Quarter first sought NEXA's assistance for social media coverage, the association quickly developed into a complete lead generation and performance based contract.


NEXA also assumed control over their social media, strategy direction, content, and audience interaction. From here, the attention then turned to implementing high-converting campaigns that were designed to drive both showroom traffic as well as ecommerce sales. 
One of the breakthroughs was developing Bed Quarter's ecommerce site. Having no history of ad performance before and no tracking of ecommerce, the task was simple, get performance quickly.


We initiated multichannel lead generation advertising on Google Search, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and WhatsApp. Creative ad formats were experimented with and optimised for greatest visibility, with WhatsApp proving to be a top-converting platform.


The response was instant and overwhelming. The brand recorded a 70% growth in sales done through the online portal in the first month itself, with up to half of the overall revenue being drawn through WhatsApp alone. So big was the success of the campaign that the brand even recruited special in-house personnel to handle the surge in enquiries.

Objectives

Drive online mattress and bedding sales throughout KSA, UAE and Bahrain through performance-based campaigns, developing a scalable ecommerce platform and enhancing digital customer experience.

Solution

We developed a customised media plan, built the e-store, facilitated WhatsApp integration across the site and carried out multichannel campaigns. With an emphasis on advertisement format testing and customer journey optimisation, we pushed WhatsApp interaction and online sales to their limits.
