Elegant Resorts, luxury travel company based in the UK and UAE, has been a world leader in world-class service travel since 1988. When they needed to expand further in the Middle East, they hired NEXA following a competitive pitch and hired us as their digital marketing agency.
The mandate was simple: establish an online presence in the region that would be sustainable and generate high-quality leads for luxury travel experiences. Our approach was through a multi-channel lead generation program across the prime Gulf markets of the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, Kuwait and Bahrain.


We provided an end-to-end performance marketing solution that encompassed landing page creation, paid media on Google and Meta, targeted SEO, regular blog publishing, and social media management specifically tailored to the luxury traveler consumer.
By focusing closely on digital activity, blended with the sales pipeline, NEXA was able to play a significant role towards Elegant Resorts' business development objectives. Through six months, we touched more than 15 million people, executed more than 250 campaigns and produced 1,000 plus high-quality leads, establishing Elegant Resorts’ presence in a regional competitive area.
