Abu Dhabi Finance

Abu Dhabi Finance reached out to Nexa for help with their online engagement and lead generation efforts. The company's primary goal was to improve the UI/UX of their existing website and better their Mortgage application process. In order to put together a solution for the client, Nexa performed an audit on their existing site and researched international mortgage providers to learn what elements and functionality needed to be improved upon to ensure the client stands out in the competitive environment. After researching and reviewing several major global companies, Nexa concluded that a complete overhaul of the current application process was required. Through in-depth research and industry understanding, Nexa crafted a new user journey by condensing and re-crafting the application procedure to ensure a quick and seamless process for users. This new and improved user journey was also created to assist internal teams as the new system empowered them to quickly assess the applicant and provide a more efficient process for onboarding a new customer. Abu Dhabi Finance reached out to Nexa for improved lead generation and UI/UX, and Nexa not only delivered, the Nexa team exceeded expectations by creating a system that also improved internal business processes.
