Objectives:   

  • Raise brand awareness of Ambassador International Academy in the market and with parents in the target audience
  • Generate interest and leads for 2019/20 student admissions
  • Increase alignment between the marketing and admissions teams

Challenges:  

  • Short time-frame for the campaign with no prior awareness of the school and offering
  • The school site was still under construction and being finalised during the campaign/admissions period

Solution: 

  • Creation of foundational elements and marketing creatives/collaterals that assisted parents at various stages of the decision making process, amplifying the school offering and USPs
  • Search, display and social campaigns to increase awareness and generate leads within the intended target audience
  • Introduced HubSpot from a CRM and marketing perspective to increase efficiency/effectiveness of the admissions process and aid with nurturing parents down the funnel. The introduction of HubSpot also allowed marketing/senior stakeholders to gain visibility and insights across all touch points
  • Leveraged reputation and connection to existing Ambassador Schools
