Overview
The College of Fashion & Design (CFD) provides a high-quality learning experience to future designers, with four particular concentrations in which to develop technical and creative superiority. At a cost of between USD 15,000 and 20,000 annually, requiring a three-year commitment, the stakes were high for the students and the institution.
CFD went to NEXA with a purpose in mind, to develop and execute an online marketing strategy that would continually convert leads to enrolled students.
The campaign had to break through one very tangible barrier: a relatively anonymous brand name in the higher education industry with no history of digital marketing.
Our strategy was an integrated campaign including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing and inbound approach. Our goal was to create a degree of awareness, build trust, and drive high-intent student leads that would convert to paying students.
Through synchronising sales and marketing on day one and having a tight control over campaign touchpoints, we produced 600 plus qualified leads and an ROI of verified students 1 to 12.5. Our ability to innovate a scalable, measurable approach won us Best Integrated Marketing Campaign at the 2017 MENA Search Awards.
