When I think about our journey with Nexa, what stands out is how easily they understood the world of FritsJurgens. Ours is a brand that cares deeply about detail, about design, and about saying things in a quiet and meaningful way.
They respected that from day one. The Pivot Door Sketch Contest was not a routine marketing project for us. It was something very close to our hearts and to the design community we were engaging with. The team put in the time to understand the intent, kept refining every piece of communication, and pushed the output until it reached the level we were aiming for.
The Sketchbook launch was another special moment. The video content that came out of that evening captured the mood, the people, and the story of the book beautifully. It travelled across our global network and the appreciation it received was truly exceptional. It is something we are very proud of.
What I value most is that Nexa never feels like an external agency. They listen, they are patient with our need to get things right, and they take real ownership. For us, they are an extension of the team, and that trust makes all the difference.
