Pizza Express
Nexa worked with Pizza Express for many years, and initially created a website for the brand for the UAE Market. This also included a website for Singapore as well. After designing and building the site, Nexa tracked and analysed the user journey from recordings and heat mapping, as well as google search, to fully understand where improvements could be made. The current site is a combination of the results, where users can quickly and easily view the menu, order online, and browse through promotions. This all increased stickability for the customer, and also direct orders to Pizza Express.
